* Late bookings only. Where there is an asterisk, due to the prime dates we will only accept short bookings if the cottage is still available 4 weeks or less to the dates required. In this instance, full payment will be necessary at the time of booking.

Short Breaks 3 or 4 night short breaks are available off season and start on a Monday for 4 night breaks and a Friday for 3 night breaks.

Changeover: In general, unless a short break has been booked, the cottage is available from Saturday to Saturday. All bookings commence at 15.00 hrs. On the day of departure the cottage must be vacated by 10.00 hrs.

Acceptance: All male/female parties under the age of 25 years are only accepted at the owner's discretion. Sorry no pets allowed. Children over 6 welcome.

The above prices are based on up to 4 persons. There will be a surcharge of 10% for each additional person per night to a maximum of 6 persons in total, to cover extra costs for hot water and laundry/cleaning, etc.
